THE MERCURY BUILDING
The Mercury at Wildwood, is being designed as a 55 and older development. The property will have up to 72 units.
The Mercury at Wildwood, Art Deco inspired building will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, and will include approximately 10,000 square feet of first floor retail space.
Apartments feature Italian cabinetry, with stone countertops, full size refrigerator, full size freezer, and extra half bath in many units.

Alvin L. Aubinoe, Inc. was founded by Alvin Aubinoe Sr in 1939. Alvin Sr was an architect, and developer with an affinity for the luxury of art-deco design.
Alvin 'Tripp' Aubinoe III has built on the company's accomplishments and reputation since 1991. Tripp has expanded the property management and development business over the last 33 years.
Prior to leading the property management business, Tripp operated the Aubinoe Construction Inc, recognized for building residential additions, with an expertise in renovating historical properties.
